Phylis is the group's legal form-filling app — built to prepare and complete the document side of a property transaction accurately, instead of leaving forms to be filled by hand under time pressure. It works hand in hand with Attikos, the group's legal and legislation librarian, so what gets filled in is checked against what the law actually requires, not just against a template.
Phylis is in development and not yet a live public product. As with the other early entities, this page is kept to what has actually been defined rather than expanded with unbuilt features.
Pairs with Attikos — Attikos knows the law, Phylis completes the paperwork against it.
